Giant Magneto-resistance & Ferroelectric Substrates

PMN-PT substrate is a Relaxor ferroelectric single crystal, we can growth high-quality and large-sized of PMN-PT crystal by using the growth method of Bridgman. It has excellent piezoelectric properties, nonlinear optical properties and pyroelectric properties.

Gadolinium scandium (GdScO3) single crystal has the advantages of high dielectric gate constant, wide band gap, thermal stability, etc. It is a twisted perovskite crystal structure, which has good lattice matching with the perovskite film material and is an excellent crystal substrate material. 

Dysprosium scandium (DyScO3) single crystal has a good lattice match with the superconductor of the perovskite structure. And It is an excellent ferroelectric film substrate material.

Gadolinium gallium garnet (GGG) is dedicated substrates for magneto-optical films. GGG have good physical and mechanical properties and chemical stability. GGG is the best substrate material for made the microwave isolators .

Sc-doped GGG(GSGG) crystal have a higher lattice constant than GGG crystal. The Sc-doped gadolinium gallium garnet(GSGG) crystal is grown by the CZ method, it is  a good magneto-optical crystal and is excellent substrate for for growing bismuth-substituted iron garnet epitaxial films
