- Very high microwave power densities into the core of the reaction mixture reaching several kilowatts per liter;
- While heating with microwaves the external cooling via the metal jacket can maintain the reaction mixture and the products at very low temperatures to avoid the degradation of the delicate molecules;
- Microwave energy can be selectively concentrated inside the dipolar molecules by using solvents or reagents relatively transparent to microwaves;
- Retrofit of old reactors to integrate the INTLI technology.
