Industrial microwave and radio-frequency equipment for static/batch operation developed by SAIREM can temper or quickly thaw frozen products: meat, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables, cheese, butter etc.

  • Treatment times reduced by a ratio of 3 to 4, frequently there are reports of 2 to 10 minutes compared with traditional heating solutions;

Microwave Ovens

 
The particularity of the 2.45 GHz and 915 MHz microwave ovens proposed by Sairem is the uniformity of heating due to the use of microwave coupling above and below the food to be processed and a turn table inside the oven. A cart for easy loading and unloading the blocks is also available with the equipment.  Dual carriage version ovens allow the increase of the processing capacity of 5 to 10 % per hour due to the possibility of loading and unloading the machine during defrosting/thawing microwave-assisted process.
 
SAIREM microwave 915 MHz batch equipment consists of models with different production capacities to reach final temperature from -4 °C to -2 °C.

Radio-Frequency Ovens

 
The radio-frequency ovens at 13.56 MHz or 27.12 MHz proposed by SAIREM help softening any kind of food product, solid or pasty, in a simple, safely and fast way, facilitating the manufacturing process. Practical and functional, they can treat a wide range of products, from chewing gum, candies through to honey and vegetable oils. Different models for different capacities are available.
