Microwave and RF industrial continuous equipment developed by SAIREM can temper or quickly defrost/thaw frozen products: meat, poultry, fish, fruits, vegetables, cheese, butter etc.

 After microwave or radio-frequency tempering of frozen blocks from -20 ° C to -4 ° C / -2 ° C, the blocks remain cold enough to be further processed by scaling, grinding, nibbling, cutting etc.

The microwave tunnels developed by SAIREM can cook, pasteurize, defrost and temper packaged and unpackaged food as well as meat and meat products, fish or vegetables.
Due to proprietary SAIREM design, the TMW range enables an excellent homogeneity inside the tempered product
The proposed tunnels have capacities of up to several tons per hour, temperatures from -20 °C up to -4/-2 °C. The treated blocks remain cold enough to be further processed by scaling, grinding, nibbling, cutting etc.

The production capacity of the tunnels depends on the desired final temperature and the type of food to defrost, e.g. meat, fish, vegetable, fruit, butter etc. as well as on the the geometry of the blocks and the ratio of lean vs. fat content in the product to be treated.

Modularity is one of the key point of the TMW range, i.e. possibility of retrofitting to double or triple the hourly capacity.

RF Tunnels

TRF tunnel 50 ohm, 50 kW, 27.12 MHz

SAIREM
manufacturers RF tunnels at 13.56 MHz and 27.12 MHz using 50 ohm technology. These tunnels are specially designed for tempering/thawing white fish standard blocks from -20 °C up to -2 °C / 0 °C. After RF processing the fish can be cut or shaped; these tunnels are also suitable for tempering/thawing different fish such as herring fillets, whole mackerel, capelin, salmon or for blocks of seafood such as crab, shrimp, squid etc.
