Shim Controlled Lapping Fixtures
Model SLP1The shim controlled lapping and polishing fixtures are designed to lap or polish samples to the same thickness over and over again using shims to control the final thickness. This can be done by hand or using a lapping and polishing machine such as our Models 900, 910, or 920. Samples up to 2in. in diameter can be lapped or polished.
