Laboratory Microwave Oven
These machines are specially designed for test laboratories.
They are ideal for their rapid moisture control or the determination of dry matters :
- at the level of raw material
- at their various stages of construction
- on final product.
They are ideal for any application when it is a matter of:
- heating quickly and throughout the sample mass,
- heating humid places in particular.
WHAT MAKES THEM DIFFERENT
- the power emitted is adjustable from 0 to 600 Watts (LABOTRON ® FL 06 V),
- it offers the possibility of working in vacuum conditions,
- it offers the possibility of measuring the temperature by infra-red pyrometer,
- it offers the possibility of adding a scale to follow up the product mass evolution,
- it offers a practical control panel,
- it offers a digital control timer,
- it offers a power control from 0 to 600 Watts by pyrometer or by an external 0-10 analog signal (LABOTRON ® FL 06 V).
This oven exists in three versions
- LABOTRON ® FL 03 : microwave with power supply of 300 set Watts
- LABOTRON ® FL 03/06 : microwave with power supply of 300 or 600 set Watts controlled by a two position switches,
- LABOTRON ® FL 06 V : microwave with power supply varying from 0 to 600 Watts controlled by potentiometer and microwave with power supply read-out from a galvanometer.
