2450 MHz Microwave Generator: 300W
This generator is particularly suited for plasma applications (etching, sputtering, ion source, discharge, diamond deposition, surface treatment, etc..) and for any industrial, medical or scientific application requiring microwave energy.
Its original concept is very innovative intergrating a resonant switching power supply with transistorized regulation. Its evolution is the result of our extensive experience in the microwave field.

MODEL GMP 03 KE/D
This model can be operated either in continuous mode or in pulsed mode.
