The Maxtek MDC-361C is a "black box" version of the MDC-360C thin film deposition controller. It was designed for users who want to interface to the controller solely through a computer and do not require the MDC-360C's front panel displays and keyboard. Users can develop custom software or use the INFICON Maxtek DCM-250 software, an easy to use Windows interface with data archiving and real-time graphing.
